Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF), with the support of Accenture, has launched the Move to Include Network, a new initiative designed to help companies build welcoming, supportive environments where all employees can thrive through sports and wellness activities. This membership-based network provides organizations with powerful tools and resources to create spaces where everyone feels valued, empowered, and able to engage fully—no matter their physical abilities.

At its core, the Move to Include Network is about bringing people together through the shared experiences of sport and movement. CAF athletes, many of whom have overcome significant physical challenges, serve as inspiring ambassadors by leading engaging sports activities, speaking at events, and sharing their stories of perseverance. These interactions not only inspire employees but also foster empathy, understanding, and a sense of belonging across diverse teams.

Membership in the Move to Include Network offers companies a comprehensive toolkit that supports accessibility and wellness for all employees. Included are CAF’s Accessibility Playbook and a collection of best practices designed to help companies remove barriers, promote participation, and support team members with physical disabilities. Additionally, the network provides ongoing opportunities to connect with like-minded organizations committed to creating inclusive cultures.

Network members receive:

• Access to CAF athletes who deliver keynote talks, host 5K walks and runs, and lead mindfulness and fitness sessions
• Digital and in-person fitness resources tailored to diverse abilities
• Tools and guidance for integrating adaptive sports into employee wellness programs

• Exclusive access to CAF’s Heroes of Sport interview series, pairing corporate leaders with CAF athletes for inspiring conversations

For nearly three decades, CAF has been a pioneer in helping people with physical disabilities access the sports equipment, coaching, and training needed to lead active, fulfilling lives. Their experience in adaptive sports uniquely positions them to support organizations aiming to foster inclusive, supportive workplace cultures that recognize the value of all employees.
